Gerald V. Cadotte, age 65, of Hayward, WI died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at his home.

Gerald Vincent Cadotte was born August 4, 1954 in Duluth, MN, the son of John and Marie (Gokey) Cadotte.

He is survived by his former wife Sharon; son Ahren and his children Jon, Thomas, Taylor & Landin Cadotte; daughter Jennifer (Brett) and her children Ryan Jr., Nina and Jessica; three great grandchildren; along with his best-looking brother Bill (Jacqui) Cadotte; and many nephs & nieceys.

Gerry was preceded in death by his parents John & Marie; brothers Harry (Connie) Cadotte, Rick (Linda) Dreyer; nephews Robert Jenkins and Bob (Terri) Cadotte.

Midewiwin Funeral Rites will be held at 10:00 a.m., Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Big Drum Ceremonial Center in Lac Courte Oreilles. Skip Churchill will officiate with songs by the Badger Singers. Burial will be in Historyland Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 29th at Big Drum Ceremonial Center.

Honorary casket bearers will be Joe Beaudin, Michelle Beaudin, Phil Beaudin, Tom Beaudin, Allen Cadotte, Gary Kmiecik, Stony Larson, Tim Porter and Kirt Quagon,

Casket bearers will be Mike Cadotte, Randy Cadotte, Reggie Cadotte, Jim Dreyer, Jim Miller and Mike Swan.
