Gary Richard Anderson Age 66, of Rice Lake, WI, died Thursday, October 17, 2024 in Rice lake.

He was born on February 15, 1958 in Rice Lake to Clarence and Arlene (Immerfall) Anderson. He was married to Sonyia Olson on December 10, 1977 in Rice Lake. He owned and operated Popeyes Bar and Grill & Bear Trap in Mikana & also worked at Tomahawk Foundry for many years. He loved watching NASCAR, canning tomatoes, he was well known for his chicken cookouts, and talking/being with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Sonyia Anderson; a son, Anthony Anderson (Leesh Giudici); a daughter, Christine Anderson; 3 grandchildren, Blayze Perkins, Jayden Perkins and Katie Anderson (Keven Janisch); a great granddaughter, Haisley Janisch; 2 brothers, Charlie (Eileen) Anderson and Paul Anderson; 2 sisters, Karen Walters and Linda Anderson; many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI is assisting and serving the family with the arrangements.
