Fritz D. Mani Age 84, of Rice Lake, WI died Tuesday, October 22, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at Heritage Lakeside in Rice Lake.

He was born on November 2, 1934 to Fritz and Clara (Taylor) Mani. Fritz graduated from the Rice Lake High School in 1953 and then was married to Janet Wiesner on June 28, 1959 in Rice Lake. Fritz owned and operated The Rice Lake Dray Line moving and storage for over 40 years. He was a member of the National Ski Patrol for over 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Mani of Rice Lake; 3 children, Debbie (Mike) Mathews of Rice Lake, Fritz (Joy) Mani IV of Rice Lake and David (Mary) Mani of Rice Lake; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Marilyn Nutter of Rice Lake; many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fritz and Clara Mani; a sister, Alice (Lester) Gunderson.

Private family services will be held.

A public interment in the Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake will be at a later date.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
