Freida A. Kroll, age 76, of Shell Lake, WI died in her home on February 12, 2022.

Freida lived in Minnesota for much of her life and worked as a teacher. In her retirement, Freida moved to Shell Lake, WI.

Preceded in death by husband, Robert E. Kroll and parents Alexander and Anne Barr. Survived by children, Kristen (Brian), Karolyn (Tim); grandchildren Nicholas, Grayson; brother George (Janet). She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family would like to recognize the caring friend of Missy Reynolds and skilled care by Because There’s No Place Like Home.

Freida will also be missed by Paul Cornelison, Ashley Grover (Eric) and children Caleb and Emma.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00-2:00 on Sunday, February 27th at the Lodge, 24271 WI-35, Siren, WI 54872. A private interment will occur later this summer in Long Prairie, MN.
