Fredrick H. "Fritz" Ewald, 73 of Bruce, died on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at his home under the care of Lakeview Medical Center Hospice.

He is survived by his wife Rose, 2 sons; Charles & Patricia Ewald of Rice Lake and Joseph Ewald of Maple, WI, 4 grandchildren; Kaylynn, Derek, Doris and Jolene, 3 brothers; Wes Ewald of Hoffman Estates, IL, Bob Ewald of Bruce, Mike & Michele Ewald of Ladysmith and 1 sister; Jean Ewald of Cameron.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 siblings; Rose Worman, Lynda Westland and Gerald "Jerry" Ewald.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the Legion Hall in Bruce.

Interment with military honors will be in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
