December 29, 1939 - May 29, 2018

Eva M. Busse (Zimmerman) Brown passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 29, 2018 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. She was 78. Eva was born on December 29, 1939 in Radisson, WI to her parents George and Mildred Busse. She was married to Gerald Brown in February 21, 2002.

Eva was a patient and supportive teacher with a passion for the Barber and Beauty Industry. Inspiring creativity and dedication in others was her life-long goal. Working hand and hand with the Barber Board Eva was the first licensed woman Barber in Wisconsin as well as the first woman Barber Board Member. She was inspirational in joining the Barber and Cosmetology Licenses.

Eva was an active member of the Tuesday Club and Lakeview United Methodist Church in Spooner, WI.

She is remembered with love by Children: Lori Karl, Keith Zimmerman and his wife Kim, and Janet Novitski. Step Children Craig and his wife Laurie Brown, Jerry Brown and Roger Brown. Grandchildren: Jeremy, Mitchel, Cassandra, Lisa, Jenna, Megan, Michael, Erik,and Bryce. Great Grandchildren: Ava, Bree, Kayla, Tucker, Cooper, Theodore. Step Grandchildren: Leah, Michael, Jeff,  Angela, Justine, Jeremy. Step Great Grandchildren: Landon, and Ava.

Service will be held on June 9, 2018 at United Methodist Church,  23980 County Road X,  Shell Lake, WI . Visitation is at 10 am and the Funeral at 11.
