Erma Lucille Bonneville, age 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2025, in Cumberland, WI. Born on November 13, 1932, Erma was known for her loving, generous, and caring nature.

Erma attended Sprague School and later found her professional calling with positions at Stokleys, Ericksons, and 3M, where she dedicated many years of service. Her commitment to her career was paralleled only by her devotion to her faith, in the United Methodist Church community.

Outside of work and church, Erma had a passion for the outdoors. She was an avid ice fisher and snowmobiler, embracing the cold Wisconsin winters with vigor and excitement. Erma was also an enthusiastic traveler and camper, often taking the wheel herself on trips, a testament to her adventurous spirit and above all, her greatest joy was her family; she cherished watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow, providing them with endless love and support.

Erma was predeceased by her beloved husband, Marshall Bonneville; her son, Bruce Bonneville; her daughter, Debbie Hines-Vennie; her parents, Norvel Vaubel and Inez Riley; her sister, Maxine Vaubel; and her brother, Norvel Vaubel Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Lindsley; her sister, Arlene Snowbank; her grandchildren: Justin (Tricia) Lindsley, Ashlee (Josh) Lindsley, Mina (Mike) Lindsley, Adam (Ashli) Hines, Joseph Vennie, Amanda (Timothy) Stephan, and Allie (Greg) Weggen; as well as numerous great-grandchildren who will deeply miss her presence.

Ermas life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she loved and served throughout her remarkable life.

A Funeral Service is planned for Thursday, January 9, 2025 at First United Methodist Church of Cumberland at 11 AM. Visitation one hour prior at church. Pallbearers are Justin Lindsley, Ashlee Lindsley, Mina Lindsley, Adam Hines, Joseph Vennie, Amanda Stephan, and Allie Weggen.
