Eric James Keesen Age 39, of Rice Lake, WI, died Friday, September 17, 2021.

He was born on August 23, 1982 in Rice Lake, WI to Timothy and Susan (Rich) Keesen.

Eric graduated from the Rice Lake High School in 2000. He worked for Anderson Roofing, Blue Hills Roofing, T.M.Roofing and Shovel Head Incorporated. He played hockey, loved going agate hunting, listening to music, collecting shoes and clothes, traveling and spending time with his daughter, Viviana. Eric loved body building and natural physique and has won awards for taking such good care of his body.

He is survived by a daughter, Viviana Keesen of Eau Claire, WI; father, Timothy Keesen of Fifield, WI; mother, Susan Rich-Brunette (Pete); his sister/best friend, Sheila Keesen of Rice Lake; a nephew, Aedyn Kennen; special brother, Dutch Shultz of Rice Lake; special sister, Kari Smith of Chetek; grandmother, Patricia Stodola (Gene) of Rice Lake; uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Anne Keesen and James Rich.

A celebration of Eric’s life will be held at 6PM Friday, September 24, 2021 at Red Cedar Community Church in Rice Lake, Rev. Wes Duff officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-6PM Friday at the Church.
