In Memory of Duane Cable
Duane “Dewey” James Cable, age 73, a resident of Danbury passed away peacefully at the Burnett Medical Continuing Care Center in Grantsburg on Saturday, December 14, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with liver disease.
Dewey grew up in Minneapolis, MN and lived in Eden Prairie, MN for 25 years before moving permanently to Webster in 1996. He was a longtime member of the Webster Lions and volunteered at The Forts for many years. During the summer months, his familiar blue vehicle could be seen every day hauling pontoons. He will be missed by many.
Dewey is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 53 years, Mary Beth; son, Tony and daughter in law, Carla; his beloved grandsons, Cameron and Michael.
Per Dewey’s wishes, no formal service will be held.
