Douglas J. Zappa, 63, of Centuria, Wisconsin, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Doug was born on March 1, 1961, in St. Paul, Minnesota to Clarence and Mary Ann Zappa.

Doug leaves to celebrate his memory, his loving wife, LaRae of Centuria, his daughters, Britani (Marcus) Berget, New Richmond, WI; Mindi (Andrew) Spofford, Balsam Lake, WI; grandchildren, Izabelle Berget and McKenna and Preston Spofford, his parents, Clarence and Mary Ann Zappa, Frederic, WI; siblings, Joel (Missy) Zappa, Almena, WI; Jerome Zappa, Frederic, WI; and Rebecca Zappa (Bobby), Iowa, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He was preceded by his brother, George Zappa.
