Donovan “Don” Frank Milligan Age 23, of Rice Lake, WI, died Friday, October 29, 2021 in Eau Claire, WI.

He was born on April 17, 1998 in Joliet, Illinois to Steven and Tina (Albert) Milligan.

Donovan attended High School in Morris, Illinois and has been attending WITC in Rice Lake. Donovan loved working with his hands and was good at woodworking. He loved the Lord and wanted everyone to know the love of Jesus. And he could make us laugh! He loved his family and he will truly be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Steven and Bridget Milligan (her children, Kayla and Ty); mother and stepfather, Tina and Rich Verda; 6 siblings, Staci (Javier) Sandoval, Joe (Chyanne) Blouin, Amber (Tim) Rodriguez, Derek (Kelly) Milligan, David Blouin and Caitlin (Ryan) Perkins; nephews and nieces - Hannah, Dominic, BriAnne, Reid, Luke, Conor, Bailey, Theodore “Teddy” and Rylinn; grandmother, Charlyne Milligan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Milligan & Joseph and Roberta Albert.

Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Thursday, November 4, 2021 at World Harvest in Rice Lake, Rev. Bob Pittman officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery in Birchwood, WI. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the Funeral Service at the Church.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
