Donna Marie Marquardt Age 67, of Birchwood, WI, died Thursday, October 13, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on January 26, 1955 in South Minneapolis, MN to John and Nancy (Beck) Fisher. Donna attended North High School in Minneapolis.

She met the love of her life Dennis Hansen on September 15, 1980. Together they raised their girls, Jennifer and Tracy . She was a home cleaner and homemaker in the Long Lake area. Donna loved her family, especially her seven grandchildren. She was an animal lover and had a love for horses. Donna was an avid bird, deer watcher and loved watching the Minnesota Vikings.

She is survived by the love of her life, Dennis Hansen; her children, Jennifer Lindemans (Bill Holt) of Weyerhaeuser and Tracy (Nate) Groehler of Utah; seven grandchildren, Cheyanne, Ciara, Caiden, Audrina, Abby, Ellie and Alyssa; siblings, Janet Baker of North Branch, MN, Anne Painter of Rice Lake, Caroline (Pat Smith) Fisher of Minneapolis, David Fisher of Haugen and Steven (Michelle) Fisher of Rice Lake; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother-in-law, Charlie Painter.

A celebration of life will be held from 4-6PM Monday, October 17, 2022 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake.

Come and enjoy a drink in memory of Donna on Monday at 7PM at the V&M Bar in Rice Lake.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
