Donald Gene Sumich, 80, of Cameron, Wisconsin passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021, at Meadowbrook in Chetek, Wisconsin.

Donald was born on January 17, 1941, in Blachly, Oregon the son of LeEtta (Cochran) and John Sumich.

Donald is survived by his daughters, Jessica Sumich, Cameron, WI; Jamie (Michael) Oneal, Chetek, WI; grandchildren, Azia (Beth) Sumich, Nicole (Ben) Paul, Aaliyah Oneal, and DeAndre Oneal, great-grandchildren, Jordynn Paul, Brantley Nelson, Landon Nelson, and Stormi Paul as well as many other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, LeEtta and John Sumich, and his cousin, John “Bud” Sumich.

Private inurnment will be held at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on August 11, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Chetek Lanes bowling alley on August 15, 2021, from 12:00 to 4:00 P.M.

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek, Wisconsin has been entrusted with arrangements.
