Deborah “Debby” Jean Beckstrom Age 73, of Rice Lake, WI, died Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Rice Lake.

She was born on June 2, 1949 in Peoria, Illinois to Eugene and Genevieve (Neller) Lorentz.

Debby graduated from Woodruff High School in Peoria and then attended WITC with a degree in agriculture and mechanical drafting. She was married to Gordon Beckstrom on September 3, 1983 in Campia, WI. Debby worked for Hiram Walker and Sons, Orlando Sentinel, Tamarack International, TTM Technologies and also dairy farmed with her husband. She enjoyed the trees, flowers, reading her bible, loved to play the piano, was on the prayer chain at church and sewing.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon; 4 children, Ed (Debi) Huebsch, Ron (Carol) Lampton, Jeannie Wiley and Christina (Josh) Burkhart; 12 grandchildren, Stephen, Ryan, Christine, Sarah, Joshua, Aaron, Laurynn, Briana, Jason, Nevaeh, Colleen and Dakota; 6 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Tyke (Joe) Tsiakals and Margaret (Greg) Lobner; 2 brothers, Jim (Linda) Lorentz and Mark (Lorri) Lorentz; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Genevieve Lorentz; an infant baby girl; and 2 grandsons, Timothy and Matthew.

Funeral Services will be held at 1PM Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake with visitation to be held from 11AM-1PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
