Deanna Marie Robertson Age 86, of Rice Lake, WI, died Saturday, August 26, 2023 in Rice Lake.

She was born on August 18, 1937 in Eau Claire, WI to Henry and Helen (Bjorton) Marcott.

Deanna graduated from Cadott High School in 1955. She was married to Bernard Kurtz in 1956 and he preceded her in death and she later married Allen Robertson in 1972 and he preceded her in death. Deanna was a cook at the VFW and casinos and she was also a laborer at McCain Foods in Rice Lake for many years. She loved to cook, crochet, make crafts, garden, can and to playing cards.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Nancy (Steve) Stadler and Melissa (Tom) Smith; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mary Helen (Tom) Ryan and Debbie (John) Stange; 3 brothers, Dennis (Irene) Marcott, Hank Marcott and Steve Marcott; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her 2 husbands; parents; a son, Tom Kurtz; 2 sisters and a brother.

A private family service will be held at 11AM Friday, September 15, 2023 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, Father Isaiah Schick officiating, with interment at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Eau Claire, WI.
