David Paul Mortensen, 85, of Shell Lake died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Indianhead Medical Center. He was born February 19, 1933 in Barronett, WI to John and Catherine (Chatfield) Mortensen.

A Celebration Of Life will be held on July 1, 2018 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Shell Lake Community Center.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Skinner Funeral Home of Shell Lake.
