David Fremming, 74, of Bloomer and formerly of Chetek, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Dove Health Care System in Bloomer.  David was born on October 6, 1945 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

David leaves to celebrate his memory: daughters, Tami Rongstad, Madison, WI and Polly (Robert) Spenle, New Auburn, WI; grandchildren; Kaya Sims and her husband Brian Macke and Forrest Whitworth, uncle, Ken Breckner, sisters-in-law, Gabriele and Rene Oborski, cousins, Jean Breckner and her husband, Reno Vuillemot, Chris (Gary) Andress (Gary) and Brad (Brenda) Breckner .  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Esther and Emil Fremming, parents, Irene Smetana and Vincent Oborski and two brothers, Jim and Dennis Oborski.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 3 P.M. at the Burnham-Ours –Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Chetek.  Visitation will be from 2 P.M. until the time of service.  He will be laid to rest at the Lake View Cemetery in Chetek.

The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
