David Cecil, age 72, of Winter, WI, died Friday, August 23 at Mayo Health Systems in Eau Claire, WI.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm, Thursday, August 29, at Zion Lutheran Church in Winter, WI with a Time of Sharing and Remembrance at 3:00 pm.
