In Memory of Dale R. Philibeck
Dale R. Philibeck, age 65, of Radisson, WI passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at his home.
Dale Robert Philibeck was born October 9, 1959, in Menominee, MI, the son of Alton and Norma (Nicklaus) Philibeck. Dale was raised in Green Bay, WI where he attended school and stood out as a goalie for Green Bay Southwest High School. After graduating from high school in 1978, Dale continued to play goalie, practicing with the Green Bay Bobcats.
After a move to Dallas, TX in the early 80’s, he began a career as a manufacturer’s representative selling electrical supplies and utility equipment. Dale worked with Utility Sales of North Texas for most of his career and played a key role in the success of the sales department until his retirement in 2022.
On August 23, 2014, Dale was united in marriage to Kim Wallish in Durango, CO. After living in Dallas, Dale and Kim moved to Radisson, WI in 2022, where they had property on the Chippewa River.
Dale enjoyed home projects, fishing, skiing, carpentry work, collecting beer cans, and watching NASCAR. Dale was a huge Green Bay Packer fan!
Dale is survived by his wife, Kim; stepdaughter, Carli Wallish of Rawlins, WY; mother, Norma Philibeck of De Pere, WI; two siblings, Dennis (Joan) Philibeck of Green Bay, Julie (Jerome) Lopas of Menasha, WI; sister-in-law, Deb (Carl) Lippert of Cable, WI; aunts, uncle, niece, nephew, and cousins; as well as many friends, and his dear Canadian buddy, Rob Burlie.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alton Philibeck.
