Dale Michael Thomson, age 72, of Hayward, WI, went home to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior, February 24, 2024.

He was born on June 1, 1951, in Superior, WI, the son of Francis “Paul” and Vera Jane (Bowers) Thomson. He was united in marriage to Mary Anne Johnson on July 5, 1975, in Superior, WI.

Dale graduated from Superior Senior High School in 1969. He went on to become an accomplished tradesman. He enjoyed spending his time restoring old vehicles, working on projects, fishing, and exploring lakes and the outdoors. He was a man’s man, never afraid to speak his mind, with a good sense of humor and quick wit. His purpose, in addition to being a good husband, and father, was to serve the Lord. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife; the love of his life, Mary Anne Thomson of Hayward, WI; his children, Mike Thomson of Superior, WI, Holly (Brandon) Duck of Bryant, AR, and Mark (Michelle) Thomson of Lake Nebagamon, WI; his grandchildren, Abby, Jayce, Brayden, Bryce, Christian and Lexi; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In addition to his parents, Dale is preceded in death by his brothers, Don and Dave Thomson.

All services and interment will be held privately.
