Craig Richard Dodge, age 69, of Barron passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 at his home.

He was born on April 12, 1954 in Biloxi, Mississippi, the son of Byron and Betty (Knutson) Dodge.

As a young child, he moved to the Barron area, grew up and attended school in Barron, graduating in 1972. He attended the University of River Falls, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Degree. Craig worked for Finley Engineering for many years.

He loved playing foosball and was active in many school activities. He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Barron.

Craig is survived by his mother, Betty Dodge of Barron; brother, Curtis Dodge of Dairyland; nephew, Adam (Sarah) Dodge; niece, Paula Dodge; great-nephews, Adam, Jr., Hunter and Tyler; great-nieces, Jordan and Isabella.

He was preceded in death by his father; maternal and paternal grandparents; as well as several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service for Craig Dodge will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Barron. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are being handled by Rausch and Steel Funeral Home in Barron.
