Cheryl Jean Oiyotte "Zaa ga mad", age 66, a resident of Siren, WI passed away unexpectedly at home on July 10, 2023.

Cheryl was born on April 22, 1957 in Siren, WI to parents John and Esther Oiyotte.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Teanna Emery, Edward St. John Jr., Shawn St. John, Louis Oiyotte and LaShane Oiyotte; siblings, LaVerne Oiyotte, Ruth Chavaria, Robert Oiyotte, Linda Lightfeather, Diana Martin, Roberta Martin, Richard Martin and Jeremy Martin; many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; along with other relatives and many friends.

Friends may call on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 after 5:00 PM at the Ceremonial Building in Hertel. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Ceremonial Building in Hertel with Francis Songetay and Mike Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Lake Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Mike Belisle Sr., John Oiyotte, Richard Matrin, Edward St. John Jr., Perry Staples and Mark Stoner. Honorary casketbearers will be Jay Martin, John-Mark Lightfeather, Leo Bildeau Jr., Shawn St. John, Aaron Alwine, Al Oustigoff and Joe Oustigoff.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home.
