In Memory of Cheryl Curtis
Cheryl Ann Curtis, 63, of Chetek, Wisconsin was called to her Heavenly Home on April 25th, 2021 at the Meadowbrook of Chetek Nursing Home with her sister Terri and Aunt Judy by her side to comfort her on her journey.
Cheryl was born on July 10th, 1957 and lived in Chetek all her life and 30 years in her upstairs apartment.
She loved spending time with family and friends, enjoyed going to casinos and playing bingo. She was always game for an adventure.
She had her set routine watching soap-operas, “Like sands through the hour glass so are the days of our lives!” She loved listening to music and dancing, going out and having a good time. She enjoyed life and made the most out of every day.
Cheryl never had any of her own children, but she thought of her nieces and nephews and their children as her own children and grandchildren. She never forgot birthdays or holidays.
Cheryl leaves to celebrate her memory: her “One and Only sister and friend” Terri (Joe) Flatten, brothers, Steven (Elise) Curtis, Wayne (Val) Curtis and Jerry (Linda) Curtis, a special aunt and friend, Judy (Randy) Toufar, several other aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Millie Curtis, brother, Brian Curtis, grandparents, Pearl and Orville Olsen and Wallace and Violet White.
She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday in July.
The Burnham-Ours-Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Chetek has been entrusted with arrangements.
