Charles “Chuck” Allen Frank, age 70, of Osceola, passed away on January 12, 2020 at the Amery Hospital and Clinic from complications of pneumonia.

Charles Allen Frank was born in Eau Claire, WI to Richard Paul Frank and Julia Mae Carter on August 22, 1949. He graduated from high school in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He married Doreen Osborne on February 24th, 1973 in Eau Claire, WI. For 35 years, he worked in shipping and receiving for Doboy Inc., a packaging machinery business. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Navy.

In his youth, Charles and his older brother Roger were two boys with a penchant for mischief and many amusing stories have been shared about their escapades. He was an avid lover of classic cars and repaired things around the house.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents Richard Frank, Gene and Julia Olsen.
Charles is survived by his wife Doreen Frank; his children Jason (Josie) Frank and Stacy (Nate) Jacobsen; brothers Richard Frank and Roger Frank; sisters Brenda Daffinson and Joy Olsen; grandchildren Tiana Frank, Katie Frank and Shane Frank.

Visitation will be held from 2 – 5 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Williamson-White Funeral Home, 222 Harriman Avenue North Amery, Wisconsin.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the West Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Osceola, Wisconsin with Pastor Matt Saarem officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment with military honors will take place at the West Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery following the service in April.
