In Memory of Charles 'Chuck' Thrasher


April 24, 1959 - April 21, 2022

Charles Thomas Thrasher, age 62, passed away Thursday April 21, 2022, at home in Stone Lake WI, surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born in Kansas City, Missouri April 24, 1959.

He attended school in Mounds View, MN. He worked at Big Bike Parts in Rice Lake as a Mechanical Engineer. He was married to his wife, Michelle, on July 24, 2010, at their home with a beautiful view of Stone Lake. Chuck was always busy doing something. Working in the yard, fixing things for not only himself but for his family and friends. People would say, “If Chuck can’t fix it, we are all screwed”. He enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, four wheeling, and boating. Chuck was the founder of Run from the Devil, an Annual Motorcycle Benefit for the Stone Lake Community. Money that was raised from the Annual Motorcycle Benefit went towards the Stone Lake Community: Stone Lake playground equipment, microscopes for the schools, Halloween Party, Sledding party, and the Stone Lake Easter Egg Hunt.

Preceded in death by his father Hiram Thomas Thrasher.

Chuck is survived by his wife Michelle. His mother Dorothy (Puddy) Thrasher, Stone Lake WI. Sister, Joan (Paul) Rime, Columbia Heights MN. His two daughters Nikki Thrasher (Brad Alsleben), Green Isle MN. Shelly Anderson (Erik) Coon Rapids MN. Two stepdaughters, Jessica Bader (Scott), Merrimac WI. Samantha Bugalski (Scott), Stone Lake WI and many grandchildren, Kylie, Avery, Austin, Thomas, Haylie, Stephanie, Berkley and Brayden.

A celebration of life will be at the Lions Park, July 9, from 3-5pm in Stone Lake. 16814W Gundry Rd.

He will forever be in our hearts.
