Carol Ann Crotteau Age 79 Of Rice Lake, WI, died Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Eau Claire, WI.

She was born on September 16, 1942 in Rice Lake to Arthur and Agnes (Tvedt) Fredrickson.

Carol graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1960 and then attended Rice Lake Normal School. She prepared taxes for several people for many years. Carol enjoyed socializing with everyone, playing scrabble and cards, making art and pottery.

She is survived by 4 children, Craig Crotteau, Bruce (Roberta) Crotteau, Stacey Crotteau and Steve (Darcey) Crotteau; 10 grandchildren, Carter, Vanessa, Jordyn, Jake, Carlie, Karsyn, Rhylee, Quentyn, Camryn and Isayah; 3 great grandchildren, Grady, Indy and Blake; 3 siblings, Janet Janisin, Gary (Kristi) Fredrickson and Lori (Marty) Becker; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Crotteau; a grandson, Joseph Crotteau; parents, Arthur and Agnes Fredrickson; 2 brothers, Neil and David Fredrickson.

Public visitation will be held from 1-3PM Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake with a family service to follow, with interment in First Lutheran Church in Barron, WI.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Rice Lake Senior Center.
