August 9, 1946 - October 8, 2017

Barbara Ann Hendricks, a lifelong resident of Spooner, passed away Sunday, October 8th, 2017, at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, surrounded by loved ones.

Barbara was born on August 9, 1946, in Earl, Wisconsin to parents Charles and Vivian (Swonger) Blair Sr.  After graduating from Spooner High School, she worked as a cook for the Spooner School District and also as a clerk at the Spooner Liquor Store, along with raising her family.  Barbara enjoyed flowers, gardening, her job at the school, and loved spending time with her grandkids.  

Barbara is survived by her children: John Zehm of Spooner, Jerry L. Zehm of Spooner, Diana Schiermeister of Appleton, WI, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters: Gloria Sibert of Spooner, Charles Blair Jr. of Spooner, Gary Blair of Springbrook, Julie Chisnell of Spooner, and many other extended family.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd, brothers and sisters: Jack, Janet, Jerry, Drew, and infant sisters Georgiana and Georgette.  

A Memorial will be held on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 at the Earl church at 2:00pm  in honor of Barbara Hendricks.
