Antoinette Loescher, age 93 of Osceola, WI, passed away, surrounded by family on Friday, July 14, 2023 at her home in Osceola.

Antoinette was born on August 1, 1929 to Otto and Ebba (Nielsen) Kurtz in Chicago, Illinois.

At the age of 2 her family moved back to Germany until 1945, where her mother was able to get her back to America. At the age of 16, Antoinette had a crash course in the English language, enrolled in Minnehaha Academy and graduated from there. On May 19, 1951 she was united in marriage to Gottfried Loescher in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This marriage was blessed with 5 children, Kenneth, Karen, Kimmy, Kelly and Kristine.

Antoinette enjoyed knitting, embroidery, baking, cooking, swimming, flower arranging and crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Antoinette was always doing things for others. She will be dearly missed by many.

Antoinette is preceded in death by her parents, Otto Kurtz and Ebba (Hal) Hedstrom and Husband Gottfried.

Antoinette is survived by her son, Kenneth (Karen); daughters, Karen (Steve) Puckett, Kimmy (Steve) Schmidt, Kelly (Bob) Babel and Kristine (DelRay Espelien) Carmeli; 28 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Otto Kurtz; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
