Anthony Michael Smith Age 30 of Waite Park, MN, died Monday, March 27, 2023 at his home.

He was born on April 1, 1992 in Virginia to Brent and Carrie (Schumacher) Smith.

Tony graduated from Onate High School in Las Cruces, NM. He entered the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief on the B1 Lancer. He was later honorably discharged. He attended St Cloud State University for environmental studies and was working at Scheels Sporting Goods. Anthony enjoyed mountain biking on his custom Trek bike he built himself, snowboarding, being outdoors, and spending time with his cat Boots.

He is survived by his father and step mother Brent and Julissa Smith, a sister Aslynn Smith, 2 step sisters Alyssa Alarcon and Kaitlyn Harse, grandparents Donald and Lois Smith, Jim and Debrah Lindloff, and Michael and Sharon Schumacher.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carrie.

Funeral service will be held at 11AM Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations will be appreciated.
