July 25, 2024 was a beautiful day so Anna Mae Schweitzer spent the morning outside with her son, enjoying God’s creation. Later that day she took a nap, as was often her custom at age 101, but this time she did not wake up. The Lord took her home to be with Him.

Anna Mae loved greatly and was greatly loved. She was preceded in death by her husband Herb. She is survived by her 107 year-old sister, Helen Bily; son, Herb Jr. and his wife Brenda; grandson, Herb III and his fiancé Katie O'Leary; granddaughter, Hannah and her husband Cody; great granddog, Waylon; and great grandcats: Dart and Chadwick.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM Monday, August 5, 2024, at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, Wisconsin.
