In Memory of Anna Lehmann
Anna Louise Lehmann, 88, of Cushing died, June 4, 2020 at Traditions of Frederic. She was born February 5, 1932 in Wolf Point, MT to Matthias and Astrid (Aamodt) Paulson.
She was married in St. Paul, MN at Carmel Lutheran Church on November 13, 1954 to James T. Lehmann who preceded her in death on October 19, 2010. They were happily married for 56 years; which Louise often said "was longer than a mortgage".
Louise was a talented quilter, gardener and a fantastic grandma and great-grandma. She could often be found planning her weekly "Thursday Soup Kitchen," and baking sugar cookies. Louise loved to try new things, and try new adventures with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She deeply valued the time she got to spend with her dearest friend, Donna, and the times they shared together.
She is survived by two sons: Karl (Patti) Lehmann of St Croix Falls, WI, Douglas (Sheila) Lehmann of Roberts, MT; two daughters: Linda Lehmann of Luck, WI, Luanne Paulson of Cushing, WI; 8 grandchildren: Paul, Mike, Kristine, Kirk, Justine, Alyssa, Jesse, and Maia; 8 great-grandchildren: Olivia, Collin, Katie, Alaina, Silas, Sullivan, Maeve, and CeCe; sister, Lily Nolan; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Lehmann; grandson, Jonathan Hawkins; brothers: Art and Johnny Paulson; sisters: Elsie Whelan, Esther Provencher, and Eleanor Strom.
