In Memory of Adam W. Jackson

August 7, 1977 - November 30, 2024

Adam Wayne Jackson, 47, of Amery, WI, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on August 7, 1977, to Richard Wayne "Rat" Jackson and Beth Gould Jackson, Adam grew up in Amery alongside his siblings, John and Jessi. Their many adventures provided countless stories and hours of laughter during family gatherings. Adam graduated from Amery High School in 1996 and went on to build a life rooted in family, community, and generous service to others.

In 2002, Adam married the love of his life, Tammy (Lysdahl) Jackson, and together they built a family filled with unwavering love, commitment, laughter, and devotion. Adam and Tammy shared a deep connection, always seeking adventure together—whether exploring the outdoors, or simply savoring life’s small moments. As a father, Adam poured his heart into raising their two children, Preston and Chloe. He was more than a dad—he was their role model, their biggest cheerleader, and their safe haven. Whether attending sporting events, working on cars in the garage, trail riding, boating, or simply sitting together around the fire pit, Adam’s love and dedication shaped every moment of their lives. His joy came from seeing his family thrive, and he never missed an opportunity to make them feel cherished.

Adam’s constant companion was Nova, the family’s beloved Mastiff. The two were inseparable, and Nova brought immeasurable joy to Adam’s life. Their bond was a testament to his loving and nurturing spirit.

Adam was known for his unwavering kindness, sharp sense of humor, and willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He dedicated his career to public service, first working for the City of Amery and later for the City of New Richmond, where he earned the respect of colleagues and residents alike.

Adam lived by example, demonstrating compassion, humility, and gratitude in all he did. His faith carried him through life’s challenges and inspired those around him to embrace hope and love. As he faced cancer with courage and grace, Adam’s trust in God remained steady. He taught his family and friends what it meant to live fully, love deeply, and believe wholeheartedly that life was a gift to be treasured every moment.

Adam was preceded in death by his father, Richard Wayne Jackson. He is survived by his wife Tammy, his children Preston (Chloe Singerhouse) and Chloe (Gaitlyn Johnson), his mother Beth, his siblings John (Jill) and Jessi (Heath), many beloved nieces and nephews, and countless friends and loved ones who will remember him for his boundless love, kindness, quick wit, and generosity.

A private family funeral will be held on December 7, 2024 at Faith Lutheran Church in Clayton, WI, with a celebration of life to follow from 4–8 PM at The Speak Easy in Clear Lake, WI. All friends and family are welcome to attend the celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, PO Box 40, Clayton, WI 54004, in honor of Adam's legacy of love and service.
