WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Rebecca Holmstrom, of Webster, WI, in Washburn County Circuit Court for convictions of OWI 5th Offense and OWI 6th Offense. Holmstrom received the charges in April and May 2022 after she was stopped for impaired driving in Shell Lake, WI, and then again in Spooner, WI.
