Washburn County Sheriff's Office Welcomes Two New Deputies

WASHBURN COUNTY -- Washburn County Sheriff Terry Dryden has announced two new part-time deputies.

(News Release) -- We are pleased and excited to announce another part time Deputy Sheriff for the Washburn County Sheriff's Office.

Deputy Sheriff Jamie Trudell has just graduated from the 17 week Law Enforcement Academy at WITC in Rice Lake. Jamie now begins his intensive 12 week Field Training Officer program (FTO) with our certified FTO Deputy Sheriff's. His call sign is 819.

Please welcome Deputy Sheriff Trudell to our Washburn County law enforcement family.

(News Release) -- Washburn County Sheriff is pleased to announce that we now have a new part time patrol deputy. Eric Sowa has been working in our jail for sometime now and since he is a fully certified law enforcement officer by the State of WI, we have started is Field Training in our FTO program.

We are excited to have Eric begin his field training and look forward to his accomplishments as he continues his carreer in law enforcement with the Washburn County Sheriff's Office.
