Convicted Sex Offender to be Released in Washburn County

• DOB: 05/30/63
• Release Date: 03/07/17
• Address: N9775 Tranus Lake Road, Stinnett Township. (Where he will live when released)
• Conviction: 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and 4th Degree Sexual Assault, Washburn County.
• Victims: Adult and minor females
• Supervision Expires: 09/14/22

Special conditions of his release:

1. No unsupervised contact with minors; no taverns/bars/liquor stores; no contact with victim/s; not to consume alcohol or drugs.
2. Comply with standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring.
3. Face-to-face with law enforcement required; and must register as a sex offender.

Gary Walton is considered a Level 3 Sex Offender. Walton has a history of sex offenses dating back to 1994. Walton has reached his mandatory release from the Department of Corrections and must be released into Washburn County. Walton will be supervised by the Department of Corrections, Probation and Parole Agents in Spooner.
