SHELL LAKE, WI -- Washburn County is seeking applicants for a Social Worker position in the Department of Health and Human Services. This position may provide social work services to children, families and adults experiencing issues with mental health, substance abuse or adult protection needs. This position also includes crisis intervention services and on-call rotation. Considerable independent judgment, discretion and boundaries are required in working with individuals, families, providers and community agencies.
Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work OR related field, Wisconsin Social Work Certification or eligibility for certification within two years of hire, and a valid WI driver's license.
Starting salary range is $27.36 – $30.40/hr plus excellent benefits.
