WASHBURN COUNTY -- Washburn County is seeking applicants for Support Staff at The Oak Youth Center within the Department of Health and Human Services. Oak Support staff will assist with programming and general activity oversight of youth utilizing The Oak Youth Center, located in Spooner, WI. The Oak Youth Center services all students ages 11- 17 in Washburn County. This position will comprise of a pool of staff available to work causal hours as requested throughout the year. Ability to work late afternoons/evenings and weekends is necessary.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with working with youth preferred as well as the ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of youth management and current issues facing youth in the community. Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's license.
Pay:
Starting salary range is $15.72-$/17.07hr DOQ.
