WASBHURN COUNTY -- Authorities in Washburn County say that a Vehicle vs Bicyclist has resulted in the death of a juvenile, according to a news release from the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office.

On Thursday, July 9, 2020 at approximately 6:22 p.m., the Washburn County Dispatch Communications Center received a call of a vehicle verses juvenile bicyclist on Green Valley Road.
Washburn County Deputies, Spooner Police Department, Spooner Fire Department and North Ambulance all responded.
The juvenile was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
The Sheriff's Department extends their sympathy to the families as they go through this tragic time.
