BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges for possession of child p*rnography have been filed against Frank Killa, age 57, of Turtle Lake, WI after he was arrested in the culmination of an investigation by the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI). Turtle Lake Police Department provided assistance to DCI. Killa allegedly was in possession of videos depicting child p*rnography at the time of his arrest.
