UPDATE: Names Released in Three-Vehicle Fatal Crash In Burnett County

**UPDATE** The following update is a press releaes from the Burnett County Sheriff's Office regarding the fatal crash in Burnett County.

(Press Release) -- On February 16, 2019, at 4:38 pm a three vehicle single fatality crash occurred on State Road 35 between Hayden Lake Road and Glendenning Road in Oakland Township, Burnett County.

A silver 2006 Pontiac Torrent minivan driven by Karlynda K. Jones (27 years old), was traveling south on State Road 35, when she crossed the centerline, striking a red Subaru driven by Paul W. Hinds (66 years old). Mr. Hinds was pronounced dead at the scene. Ms. Jones’ vehicle continued south, striking another northbound vehicle a silver 2005 Chrysler Town and County minivan driven by James P. Grant (55 years old) and occupied by a juvenile passenger. Ms. Jones, Mr. Grant and his passenger were all transported by ambulance to the Burnett Medical Center for treatment.

This incident is still under investigation.

BURNETT COUNTY — One person has died and several more were injured in a three-vehicle crash in Burnett County on Saturday, February 16, 2019.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the three-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 5p on WIS 35 and Glendening Road near Webster, Wisconsin. The crash closed road Glendening Road for several hours.

The three-vehicle crash resulted in the death of one of the drivers. The drivers of the other two vehicles - as well as at least one passenger  - were also injured, according to Burnett County Authorities. The status of those individuals are not known to DrydenWire.com at this time.

Names of those involved have not been released.

This incident is currently under investigation by the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
