NorthLakes Community Clinic’s podcast, The NorthLakes Podcast, has a new episode out this week: Episode 8 - Long COVID with Tamilyn White.
After being as pre-cautious as she could be, Tamilyn White came down with COVID. She thought that it would run its course through her quickly and she would be back to normal. Instead the symptoms remained and brought unknown effects she wasn’t expecting.
Tamilyn is a behavioral health therapist at our clinic in Hayward and she shares her story in this conversation.
