POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection launched an investigation into Lightning Restoration, LLC of St. Paul, MN, and its owner Graham Deiman after two Polk County homeowners alleged they paid Deiman for roofing work that was never completed.
Despite signing contracts and paying a combined total of nearly $30,000, both victims said the work was never started and their refund requests were ignored.
The investigation uncovered a pattern of unanswered complaints, failed contract obligations, and questionable financial transactions by Deiman, who is now facing felony charges in Polk County.
