Burnett Medical Center is pleased to have Stanley Dick, MD, serve the community in the areas of Emergency Medicine and Surgical Services.
Dr. Dick received his doctorate from the University of Minnesota and is certified in advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support, pediatric advanced life support, neonatal resuscitation program and management of other life-threatening situations. He also specializes in general surgery, specifically endoscopy.
He states, “I have a special interest in colonoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and associated gastrointestinal diseases and problems. Although board certified in general surgery, my surgical practice is limited to endoscopic procedures. I also work in the emergency department”.
He has over 30 years of experience and plays an important role in the delivery of quality patient care. He collaborates with many members of the healthcare team in the hospital to ensure patients receive the most appropriate care according to their individual needs.
Outside of work, Dr. Dick enjoys biking, running, canoeing, winter camping and custom picture framing.
