A Spooner, WI woman has been sentenced on multiple drug related criminal cases in Washburn County Circuit Court.
Rebecca Baker, of Spooner, WI, has been sentenced in Washburn County Circuit Court on three separate criminal cases charging her with drug related crimes.
DrydenWire.com previously reported that Baker had been involved in multiple drug related cases stemming back to August of 2017, November of 2017, and February of 2018.
Baker was facing numerous charges including multiple counts of Class I Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, multiple counts of Class H Felony Bail Jump, Misdemeanor Obstructing an Officer, Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class F Felony Possess w/Intent Heroin, Class F Felony Harboring/Aiding a Felon, Misdemeanor Possession of THC (Marijuana), Class I Felony Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and and multiple counts of Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
According to online circuit court records, Baker appeared in Court on June 20, 2018 for a sentencing hearing regarding her criminal cases.
The Court ordered a withheld sentence for Baker on her conviction for Class I Felony Possession of Methamphetamine: 3 years of probation with 162 days of jail - granting Baker credit for 162 days already served in county jail.
Online circuit court records also show that at a previous court hearing on a separate case in Washburn County Circuit Court that was held in April 2018, the Court accepted Baker’s Guilty Pleas to charges of Class I Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Class H Felony Bail Jumping, and Misdemeanor Obstruction. At that time the Court also accepted a deferred sentence agreement for Baker.
Baker will be subject to any conditions require by the Department of Corrections during her period of probation. Details of her deferred sentence agreement were not available in online circuit court records.
