Spooner Health Community Flu Shot Clinics Scheduled For This Fall

SPOONER, WI -- Spooner Health continues to deliver safe, high-quality care with their annual community flu shot clinics. This year, Spooner Health will be offering both the high-dose flu shot and the regular-dose flu shot. You must be 65 years of age or older to receive the high-dose flu shot and this cannot be your first time receiving the high-dose flu shot. You must register ahead of time by visiting SpoonerHealth.com/FluShot or by calling 715-939-1685. The flu shot clinics this year will be by appointment only on the following dates:

WASHBURN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS

  • 8000 West Beaverbrook Avenue | Spooner
  • Thursday, September 28: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Monday, October 9: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

JACK LINK’S AQUATIC & ACTIVITY CENTER

  • 714 West Hokah Street | Minong
  • Thursday, October 12: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Spooner Health’s community flu shot clinics are open to the public for anyone ages three and up. Most insurance policies cover flu shots. Please bring your insurance card with you for verification. No insurance? No problem! Cost is only $40 and cash or checks are accepted.
