SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A felony drugged OWI case is proceeding in Sawyer County Circuit Court against John M. Phelan, age 72, of Stone Lake stemming from a traffic stop by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper. The criminal complaint filed against John alleges that law enforcement located over 30 grams of Marijuana during the traffic stop.
