Two Arrested for Second Time in a Week

RUSK COUNTY -- Two individuals are in custody following a report about a possible shooting made to the Rusk County Dispatch Center, according to a press release from Rusk County Sheriff, Jeff Wallace. The two individuals were in the news (see below) just a week ago following an executed search warrant in Rusk County that resulted in the arrest of three individuals.

(Press Release) -- On Monday, July 16, 2018 at 5:42PM the Rusk County Dispatch Center received a call about a possible shooting at N1796 S Blueberry Rd in the Town of Willard. The information received from the caller was that the shooting had not happened yet but that an individual may be on their way to N1796 S Blueberry Rd to carry out the shooting.

Deputies and Troopers responded to the scene. Through investigation at the scene, it was learned that there were no direct threats relating to a shooting that may occur.

Two individuals were located at N1796 S Blueberry Rd. Both were arrested for violating their signature bonds which restricted them from possessing or ingesting any mind altering substances or illicit drugs.

Tracy M Pettit, 46 years old from Conrath and Kristopher W Reid, 33 years old from Conrath were arrested and are currently in the Rusk County Jail on $2,500 cash bonds.

RUSK COUNTY -- Three individuals have been arrested after a search warrant was executed at a residence which led to the discovery of methamphetamine, THC and drug paraphernalia, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff's Office.

(Press Release) -- On July 9, 2018, at about 1215 pm, the Rusk County Sheriff's Office conducted a search warrant at N1796 Blueberry Rd in the Town of Willard, in the County of Rusk.

During the search of the residence and property, deputies located 2.83 grams of methamphetamine, 3.02 grams of THC and drug paraphernalia.

Kristopher W Reid on drug related charges and Bail Jumping


Crystal A Trudeau on drug related charges
