RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – Charges that were filed against Malcolm Young, age 66, in Rusk County Circuit Court for conspiracy to commit homicide and conspiracy to commit armed robbery have been dismissed.
However, Young was recently sentenced on convictions of Stalking and Bail Jumping in other criminal cases filed against him in Rusk County.
