RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Rusk County Judge Barna has upheld her order allowing Kyle Eldridge to be released from jail on furlough in order to attend treatment. Eldridge is facing numerous criminal charges in Rusk County Circuit Court following law enforcement investigations.
On October 6, 2023, Rusk County Sheriff Jeff Wallace issued a press release regarding Judge Barna’s order that approved a defense motion to amend Eldridge’s cash bail bond to a signature bond and grant him furlough.
A court hearing was held on October 19, 2023, regarding Eldridge’s cases and Hon. Annette Barna heard testimony and made findings.
