SPOONER, WI — Round Man Brewing Co., a cornerstone of the Spooner hospitality scene since 2017, has announced that its historic downtown building is officially for sale. But this isn’t a closing—it’s a shift.
The Churchill family, founders of Round Man Brewing Co., are continuing beer production and distribution from their Strongman Smokehouse property in nearby Trego, WI. The name, the product, and the mission of Round Man Brewing remain active and alive.
“This is about realigning with our values and making space for family, balance, and the future,” said Spencer Churchill, co-founder. “We’re proud of what this building gave us and proud of the community that made it thrive. Now we’re excited to carry that spirit forward in a new way.”
Operations will continue at the Spooner location throughout the sale process, with no immediate changes for guests or vendors. The team plans to remain open through the summer and possibly beyond, depending on the timeline of the sale.
